My Daddy's Hilarious!

Hi, Lucy here! I thought I should do a post, seeing how I'm a big seven and a half month old now.

I'm glad that you all have enjoyed the videos of me crawling. I really like to crawl. I've getting faster and faster every day. And guess what? I just figured out how to climb up stairs--can you believe it?! Mommy and daddy are having fun trying to keep up with me. Sometimes they're not fast enough. I'm also learning how to pull up on things. One of my most favorite things to do is to pull up on mommy's box of magazines. Then, I take each magazine out and rip it up. Mommy takes them away when I try to eat them. But they look tasty to me!

Speaking of food, I'm enjoying all kinds of food these days. I really like these puffed rice crackers. Yesterday I figured out how to open up the container and feed them to myself. Mommy left the room for 2 minutes and when she came back, I had dumped out all the crackers on the floor and was shoveling them in my mouth. She startled me when asked what I was doing. I also like to eat yogurt and little bits of fresh sweet potato. Yummy. But still no teeth for me. My daddy didn't get teeth til he was a year old, so it may be a while for me.

Here is another video of me. I had just eaten dinner with mommy and daddy, and daddy was making all kinds of funny faces. That daddy, he is a funny guy. You should see the things he does to get me to laugh. I have him wrapped around my little finger. We're going to hang out later today while mommy goes to get a haircut (she really needs one).
